The heroes took the priestess home

The heroes took the priestess home. Brahi, Peter and Ember went inside and helped the priestess to bed. Malith and Taco kept watch on the roof. Ember stole a fan. The fan has The gaze of beguilement which can possibly make someone trust me. I can use it once per week. Taco vomited all over the priestess’s house. It was quite memorable.

We moved down the road and passed an entire procession of the anointed. One seemed to recognize Peter but moved along. They seem to be going towards the chapel / the priestesses house.

Ember and Malith went to the rectory writing Malith’s horse. The other is followed on foot. We put the pieces on the horse and used the gem, Will of the wisp on her. The will of the wisp turns someone invisible for 10 to 16 minutes as long as they are not attacking. Malith took her and the six relics outside of the city.

The others went on foot. We ran into three casters and nine of the fighters. They chased us. We ran into a cabbage merchant. They chased us some more. We ran through the front gate, chopping the rope to the port colos as we left and ending the chase.

The priestess Marcella told us necrata is not what he once was. perhaps he is not human. He was very old a long time ago. They tended to him in his old age. Then he disappeared for a long time and returned with new vigor and malice. Necrata wants argona’s religion gone. She does not believe he is undead.

The priestess also told us Lucia at magna’s larder is connected to the resistance. She drinks white wine. If we offer her a glass of red wine, that is the code to let her know that we are also connected to the resistance.

We completed a long rest in the woods.

Peter saw some sort of magic cat. He moved closer and tried to pet it. It was a giant saber-tooth tiger. He pet it and it left, sort of disappearing magically. That night he dreamed about riding a tiger. Peter can now summon a giant cat every d6 days to fight for him.

The long rest was over.
