The story resumed with our heroes continuing down the sewer. They went straight for a long time. Eventually we heard a low rumble and realized we were under the river.
We found a ladder and climbed up. It was over 300 ft. It led to a door which took us into the janitor’s closet. We perceived that there were three guys in the room outside.
Brahis stumbled out of the closet and acted drunk. They had gems in bedded into their heads, like they had grown into their heads. We fought the guards and Ember through the bodies down the tunnel.
We found a prisoner they had grafted some sort of monster skin onto his chest and he was passed out.
We found more cells including more failed experiments, several dead and one living.
We went into a room and found a clay Lumiere, a demon-like creature.
There were winding stairs that were 5 ft wide and 3 in tall, almost more like a ramp.
The party found ingredients for potions, using of the flesh, rightful ascension, star maidens miracle, wings of starless abyss. Peter and Taco attempted to make some potions. I don’t recall how that went. So I hope they do.
Eventually Ember and brajhe had to fight the statue and were victorious.
We found a body pit and an operating table. That is where we left off. Whatever necratha and the anointed are doing is incredibly disturbing and also very gross.
